About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Autism Care Specialist to join our team at ABA Centers of Georgia. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work directly with individuals with autism, providing essential support and guidance in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism in various settings, including home, community, or center-based environments
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
  • Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training
  • Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance for in-home services
  • Must maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record
Benefits
  • $5,000 bonus for referring BCBAs to work in select locations
  • Opportunities for career advancement, including full-time benefits and tuition reimbursement
  • Access to paid training and preparation for the RBT exam through our ABA Academy of Excellence

Salary: $15 per hour, with opportunities for advancement
