Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team at TransForce. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a combination tractor-trailer to transport materials and products between our campuses in Missouri.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport materials and products between campuses
  • Determine delivery locations and unload products safely
  • Utilize reports and data in the Yard Management System (YMS) to optimize delivery routes
  • Interact with YMS using company-provided tablets
  • Complete spotting operations, including moving trailers to and from parking lots and docks
  • Ensure prompt and regular attendance at assigned work locations
  • Communicate effectively with employees and customers
Requirements
  • Valid Class A - CDL driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Functional in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to use navigation tools and have good knowledge of Quaker campus
  • Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Work Environment

The Shuttle Driver will work in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of noise, vibration, and temperature. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required based on work location.
