Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Process customer transactions, handling cash and credit card payments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related customer service role
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment and a strong understanding of coffee preparation methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Working Environment

As a Barista at SR COMPANIES LLC, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a environment with moderate noise levels.
