Job Title: Construction Quality Representative

Job Summary:

NVR, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Quality Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. As a key member of our manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance programs to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct audits and research studies to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with shop floor personnel and quality team members to understand and meet customer quality expectations.
  • Troubleshoot product quality issues and perform necessary steps to correct problems.
  • Respond to questions and issues from Homebuilding operations in a timely and proficient manner.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as directed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of construction management or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to read construction blueprints.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of residential construction a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, determine solutions, and drive results to produce desired outcomes.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through change, and balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work adjusted hours, travel to job sites on a regular basis, and attend out-of-state training.
  • Good driving record and updated driver's license.
