We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to join our team in the Department of Pediatrics, Endocrinology Division. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of research projects and portfolios, including endocrine clinical trials and collaborating institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Research Support: Provide comprehensive research support to faculty investigators conducting medical research in neonates, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Protocol Management: Develop and implement research protocols, including consent and assent conversations with participants and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional guidelines.
- Data Management: Collect, manage, and analyze research data, including patient assessments, administration of investigational agents, and coordination of research samples.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with investigators, research coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless execution of research projects.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to research team members, including new staff, on research protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with current licensure to practice as an RN in the State of Minnesota.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on pediatric endocrinology.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment.
