Essential Requirements: Candidates must possess experience in various work settings, including Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, and Emergency Departments. Proficiency with equipment such as PACS, Philips, and Toshiba is necessary.
CT/X-Ray Skills: Experience in performing Abdomen and Pelvis CT/X-Ray procedures, including but not limited to:
- Abdomen without and/or with contrast
- Enterography studies
- Pelvis without and/or with contrast
Additionally, candidates should have expertise in:
- Chest CT/X-Ray procedures (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography)
- Head and Neck CT/X-Ray procedures (e.g., Carotid, Trauma Head)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in image display and post-processing techniques, including Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP) and Region of Interest (ROI) measurement is required.
Professional Knowledge: Candidates should be knowledgeable in the preparation and administration of contrast media, radiation safety, and procedures such as starting peripheral IVs and venipuncture.
Special Procedures: Experience in specialized procedures like CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, and vascular CTA is essential.
Musculoskeletal Skills: Familiarity with spine and musculoskeletal CT/X-Ray techniques, including cervical, lumbar, and thoracic assessments is expected.
