Job Summary:

Threshold Rehabilitation Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, as well as performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily janitorial duties, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Assist with building maintenance projects, including repairs and renovations
  • Monitor building security and report any issues to management
  • Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs as needed
  • Assist with snow removal and other outdoor maintenance tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial or maintenance work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid PA driver's license (if applicable)
  • PA Criminal History Clearance
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen
