Our group offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package, including a base MGMA salary of $245k, plus incentives, with an average physician salary of $310k. We provide excellent benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid malpractice with tail coverage, CME time and expense allowance, and a 2-part retirement savings program with employer matching.
