Job Title: Key Holder

VICI is a dynamic and fashion-forward shopping destination, and we're seeking a skilled Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and/or perform opening duties on behalf of management, including opening registers, restocking products, and rearranging racks and tables.
  • Support and/or perform closing duties on behalf of management, including counting and closing registers, placing daily deposits in the safe, and straightening and organizing the store and back room.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
  • Follow VICI's five-star service expectations when greeting and supporting customers.
  • Handle customer issues regarding orders and returns, and escalate concerns with urgency.
  • Style and sell product to customers in person and over the phone, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Package, label, and ship phone orders.
  • Act as backup to management on an as-needed basis.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of all company products and department policies.
  • Make recommendations to improve processes that will improve department productivity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years prior experience in retail.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level.
Work Environment:

Works in an indoor environment, temperature controlled. Standing and walking for long periods, sitting intermittently. Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer. Occasionally lift or pull up to 30 pounds.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, work schedule may include evenings and weekends. 40 hours a week, Morning Shift and Afternoon Shift.
