Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to members in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding areas
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
