Physician Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant Certified to join our team at Altea Healthcare in Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting good health practices in a post-acute, skilled nursing facility setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physical examinations and interpret lab test results to diagnose health conditions and illnesses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases, including prescribing medications as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and schedules.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and medical guidance.
- Valid Physician Assistant Certified license in the state of Washington.
- Proven experience as a non-physician provider in a clinic, hospital, skilled nursing, ER, or other setting.
- Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices.
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Geriatrics or primary care experience.
- Acute care or clinic experience.
