About the Role:
Orlando Health - Health Central Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications (depending on unit/department)
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
