Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Dietary Aide to join our team of professionals at Garden Terrace Alzheimer's Center of Excellence in Overland Park. As an important member of our team, you will provide assistance in all food service functions to ensure patients' dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will include providing assistance in food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in food preparation and serving to meet patients' dining needs
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas
• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients

**Requirements:**

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior health-care experience preferred
• Prior food services experience preferred
