Position Overview:
SGA Lists is a distinguished hospitality organization seeking dedicated food service attendants to enhance our team. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service in various settings, including local facilities and educational institutions. Multiple shifts are available, including daytime, evening, and weekend options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review catering requests through the designated ordering platform to ensure timely delivery of food and services.
  • Prepare and organize all non-perishable items ahead of scheduled deliveries.
  • Coordinate with food departments to ensure all necessary preparations are completed in advance.
  • Deliver food and beverages to specified locations, ensuring a professional presentation and that all condiments and service ware are available.
  • Oversee the cleanup process following events or scheduled pickups.
  • Ensure the availability of specialty linens, china, and rental items as required.
  • Maintain organized records of daily and weekly services and customer communications.
  • Uphold a clean and organized work environment while presenting a professional appearance.
  • Finalize invoices and billing related to catering services rendered.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting with catering bookings and inquiries.
  • Support inventory management by stocking food supplies as needed.
  • Assist in food preparation and proper food storage.
  • Address any customer complaints regarding food or service promptly.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and assist with cleaning dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Participate in training related to food safety and allergy awareness.
  • Report accidents and injuries promptly to management.
  • Adhere to all safety and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Engage in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to see clearly at various distances and adjust focus as needed.
  • Willingness to engage in significant walking and mobility throughout shifts.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
