Job Description: As a Nissan/Infiniti E-Commerce Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving online sales and providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing detailed information about Nissan and Infiniti vehicles to customers
  • Assisting customers throughout the buying process from initial contact through closing the sale

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or internet sales
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with CRM software and online communication tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
