The role of the Companion/Sitter involves providing supportive homemaking services while engaging with clients. Please note that hands-on personal care is not permitted as per state regulations.

Qualifications Required:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the home is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation, laundry, and shopping.
  • Provide companionship through activities such as games, reading, and accompanying clients on outings.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to the Service Supervisor promptly.
  • Notify the Service Supervisor of any unusual changes in the client's behavior.
  • Adhere to the client's personalized care plan.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and errands.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Service Supervisor.
