Responsibilities:

  • Travel to homes on a daily basis to perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity
  • Sell ongoing maintenance contracts to current customers
  • Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
  • Keep company vehicle clean, tools neat, and well-maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Registered with the State of Texas as a certified HVAC technician
  • One year of HVAC technician experience
  • EPA certification
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex technical issues to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Self-motivated and a team player with a positive attitude
