Position Summary:

The Regional Visual Merchandising Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that retail environments are visually captivating, adhere to brand guidelines, and effectively highlight products to optimize sales. This position entails visiting various retail locations to execute visual merchandising initiatives, create engaging displays, and maintain consistency across all stores within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and conceptualize visual directives and displays for retail locations.
  • Focus primarily on existing retail stores while providing immediate visual support and training.
  • Occasionally travel to new store openings to assist with visual setup and grand openings.
  • Provide weekly reports on product performance and display opportunities for each store.
  • Coordinate merchandising plans to design product wall displays and tables in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
  • Maintain and track seasonal signage and promotional materials for in-store and window displays.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand imagery is current and effectively represented in all stores.
  • Maintain clear communication with District Managers and Store Managers regarding orders, visual updates, and display arrivals.
  • Oversee the upkeep of plant orders and replacements for props, mannequins, lighting, and display holders.
  • Manage weekly uploads of photos to a shared drive, documenting seasonal changes and store maintenance.
  • Assist in scheduling visual projects within stores, including the movement of props in and out.
  • Participate in visual merchandising meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and trends.
  • Support store planning and product mapping initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance of primary and secondary fixtures within stores.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to implement visual merchandising direction while adapting based on constructive feedback.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets departmental needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Apple products and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as digital photography tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of store window execution and vinyl installation.
  • Familiarity with basic tools and hardware for visual maintenance.
