About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Capital One. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that meet business needs
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to drive business outcomes
  • Work with large datasets to uncover hidden patterns and trends
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
