This position requires working in the Member Services area and on the Teller Line on a rotating basis as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist members with their Credit Union needs
* Describe current products and services
* Set up new accounts
* Respond to members\u2019 questions
* Work in the Member Services area and on the Teller Line on a rotating basis

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 1-year teller experience or 1-year of customer service experience including cash handling and sales
* Ability to work fast and accurately with numbers
* Ability to solve arithmetic and mathematical reasoning problems
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to exercise sound judgment
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience working with Windows and Microsoft Office programs on a PC
