Job Title: Esthetics Instructor

Blue Cliff College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the art and science of esthetics, including the use of cosmetic preparations, body treatments, and other techniques to promote skin health and beauty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans to students, incorporating hands-on training and demonstrations.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and incorporate this knowledge into your teaching.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and training programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician licensure through the applicable state board.
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician Instructor's License.
  • At least three years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Some level of teaching or training experience is preferred.
