Research and Development Specialist

At ClearH2O, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality assurance and research activities in support of our products.
About the Role:
We offer an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you will:
- Monitor product quality, conduct analytical tests, and audit manufacturing processes.
- Support regulatory compliance, including GMP and FDA processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Perform administrative duties, including data analysis and documentation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience working in a laboratory setting or the food industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
