Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot Problems: Use your diagnostic skills to identify and repair issues with vehicles, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioner, and coolant systems.
- Inspect and Repair Vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and perform repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and running efficiently.
- Continuously Learn and Improve: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through formal training sessions and on-the-job experience.
- Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with other technicians and staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Use protective equipment when operating machinery and manual tools, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Experience: At least three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs.
- Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes, and/or State inspection licenses and/or MAC certified.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
