Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Ontario, California. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality services to students in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning and Implementation: Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist to address speech and language disorders in students.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, adapting interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Progress Monitoring: Assist in monitoring students' progress and adjusting intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
