Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter Specialist to join our team at Moehl Millwork Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying paint and finishes to our high-end residential and commercial millwork products. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply paint and finishes to millwork products using a variety of techniques and equipment.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail in all work.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in painting preferred.
- At least 1 year experience as a Painter or Stainer or similar transferable experience in a related field.
- Proficient in the use of brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
- Advanced knowledge of paint types, mixing ratios, and matching colors.
- Familiar with a variety of wood types, stains, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
