Job Summary

National Carwash Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble large parts and sub-assemblies according to detailed instructions and blueprint specifications
  • Gather necessary parts, tools, and materials to complete tasks efficiently
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, components, and fixtures safely and effectively
  • Measure, cut, strip, and connect wires, cables, or hoses in assembled parts or products
  • Position parts and sub-assemblies using templates or reading measurements
  • Examine connections for correct fit and make corrections as needed
  • Report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor
  • Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use basic math, writing, and computer skills
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and comprehend procedures in English
  • Ability to safely operate various hand and power tools
  • Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
