Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Care: Assist residents with routine daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Medication Administration: Assist with the administration of medications, as directed by licensed nurses, and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
  • Wound Care: Assist with wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds, as directed by licensed nurses.
  • Mobility and Transfers: Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
