Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Lead to join our team at CAVA - Westminster. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to coach and develop a team will be instrumental in driving our success.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead and develop the grill and prep teams, as well as Special Ops trainers.
• Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Learn basic food and beverage management principles, including ordering and inventory organization.
• Develop new leadership skills to effectively lead the team and drive results.

About Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay: $*** per hour (please note that this figure is estimated based on national averages and may vary depending on location and qualifications).
