Your primary responsibilities will include taking drink orders, crafting a variety of classic and innovative cocktails, suggesting wine and beer options, and ensuring the bar area remains tidy and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments, finalize customer tabs, and accurately record daily sales in the point of sale system.
• Verify patrons' ages through valid identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking of all beverages, and maintain an adequate supply of glassware while promptly notifying management of any shortages.
• Carry out all cleaning and restocking tasks as assigned, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and team members.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
