Job Title: Outpatient Dialysis Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Dialysis Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective hemodialysis therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on hemodialysis therapy and related topics.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a nephrology setting.
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
