About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a key position at Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores. As a member of our sales team, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Sell Products: Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise product to meet customer needs.
  • Build Relationships: Partner with store managers to increase sales, understand customer needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Manage Orders and Records: Accurately order and maintain records of product inventory, sales data, and customer interactions.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Work to meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to grow sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Age and Driver's License: Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
