Direct Marketing Associate

At Uline, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Direct Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in building and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, file selection, processing, auditing, and invoice approvals.
  • Master Uline's campaign management platforms to execute marketing campaigns independently.
  • Analyze data trends and processes related to marketing campaign execution to recommend performance improvement opportunities.
  • Create and analyze marketing performance reports.
  • Support direct marketing campaign planning, production, and analysis as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing.
  • Prior marketing experience or coursework preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. SAS or SQL experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
