Part-Time Fuel Station Cashier

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fuel station team at IGA Southeast. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process guests' orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Direct guests into their lanes to maintain guest flow.
• Assist with maintaining cash controls and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Successful use of math skills.

Estimated Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour based on location and experience.
