Role Summary: The Radiologic Imaging Specialist is accountable to the Medical Imaging Department for executing diagnostic radiology procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care. This role emphasizes courteous, precise, and timely service to all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in Radiologic Technology to perform examinations accurately.
- Deliver exceptional patient care throughout the imaging process.
- Conduct procedures in a systematic and efficient manner.
- Safely operate imaging equipment.
- Engage in the education of Student Radiologic Technologists.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving radiology performance.
- Manage information processing in designated areas.
- Provide clear instructions to patients prior to examinations.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a college or technical training program in Radiologic Technology.
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist by the Ohio Department of Health.
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
