Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Manager. This role will be responsible for maintaining student records and databases, as well as providing support to students, parents, and staff with the student record system.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases using Skyward
- Collect and submit state and federal reports in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to students, parents, and staff with the student record system
- Generate reports and transcripts as needed
- Update and manage the school website to ensure accurate and timely information
- Process student enrollments and run eligibility for student athletes
- Assist with truancy and mail letters as needed
- Provide basic technology support to students and staff when ISD support is not present
- Cover for teachers and staff as needed
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems related to computer applications
- Associates degree or 60 college credits preferred
This is a contracted position with up to 40 hours per week during the school year and four summer weeks. Pay will be dependent on experience and level of education.
