We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Kauai Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Waimea, Kauai Island.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assist with training and supervising staff to ensure excellent care and services.
  • Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Ensure care is delivered in accordance with resident treatment and service plans.
  • Collaborate with the director of nursing to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the care team to achieve resident-centered care.
