Role Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering direct support to residents in their daily routines. Your duties will include:
  • Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting mobility and positioning needs.
  • Maintaining accurate care records and monitoring changes in residents' conditions.
  • Engaging effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Possess an active State-approved certification as a Patient Care Assistant.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Obtain a Food Handlers Permit as mandated by state regulations.
  • Have prior experience working with elderly individuals.
  • Exhibit compassion and a genuine desire to assist the elderly.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Uphold honesty, fairness, and confidentiality.
  • Meet all health requirements and successfully pass background checks.
