Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Outback Steakhouse. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and be able to recommend and reinforce customer orders.
- Be a resource for Servers in the restaurant to answer questions about the bar menu.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation.
