Job Summary:

Cake decorators play a vital role at Penny Cream. This key position involves making and decorating cakes to the company's high standards. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean working environment.
• Ensure product freshness and sanitation standards are met.
• Icing, decorating, packaging, labeling, and pricing ice cream cakes for refrigerated cases.
• Create unique ice cream cakes and fill customer special orders in a timely manner.
• Identify trends and keep a backstock of five cakes per size.
• Prepare for holidays and busier seasons by stocking novelty items and pies.
• Train crew members to make novelties and build cakes.
• Maintain knowledge of store operations, including opening procedures and ice cream scooping.
• Effectively interact with customers for cake orders and selection.
• Provide a weekly list of items to be ordered and maintain a clean work area.
• Hold a manager-level health card and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
