Overview:
A prominent healthcare organization is in search of a dedicated Medical Director and additional part-time Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physicians to join a rapidly growing rehabilitation facility. This esteemed institution is recognized for its exceptional clinical outcomes and offers a collaborative environment with a hospitalist team managing admissions and attending duties. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, complemented by night call coverage.
This role can be tailored to part-time or full-time commitments, operating within a 40-bed rehabilitation center. The position features a rotational schedule with shifts lasting between 6 to 8 hours, depending on operational efficiency. Enjoy a remarkable work-life balance with flexible start and end times. As patient volume increases, you will benefit from the support of Advanced Practice Providers (APP) and a scribe for documentation assistance, alongside opportunities for partnership and the development of a local outpatient practice. Key Responsibilities:
