The Nutritional Services Cook plays a vital role in the preparation and delivery of meals in accordance with the established menu cycles. This position involves overseeing food handling practices, organizing meal service, and executing designated tasks and sanitation procedures within the Nutritional Services Department, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Preferred Education: Training in large-scale cooking and specialized dietary needs
  • Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in food service or dining operations
  • Preferred Experience: 1 year of experience in a healthcare dietary environment
