Position Overview:
As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized radiation therapy to patients, ensuring their comfort and care throughout the treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer tailored radiation therapy treatments to patients.
- Confirm treatment parameters and maintain essential records.
- Conduct daily evaluations of patients to monitor progress.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of a two-year training program in an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology school.
- ARRT registration required within 90 days of hire.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves Medium Work, requiring the ability to exert/lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
