About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision and support web and mobile applications in a high-traffic environment
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and production teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support
  • Lead project planning efforts, architectural review, and design
  • Provision, tune, and automate systems and applications
  • Provide systems administration and application maintenance and support
  • On-call support as required
  • Updates to monitoring, access management, root cause analysis, and documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Technical experience in consumer and employee-facing enterprise systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot applications and systems
  • Expertise in maintaining web, caching, and queuing technologies in large high-traffic environments
  • Expertise in architecting highly scalable and highly available systems
  • Proficiency with containerization, programming languages, and distributed version control systems
  • Proficiency in supporting SQL and NoSQL technologies
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to articulate advanced technical topics to both technical and non-technical staff
