About This Role

Koeppel Hyundai is seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers and colleagues, greeting and receiving visitors, directing them to the correct department, and introducing them to sales staff.
  • Preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents as required, coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic, valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
