PACU Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. As a PACU Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth transition from the operating room to the recovery area.

• Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from surgery, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
• Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure a safe and efficient transfer of patients from the operating room to the PACU.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify potential complications and develop effective care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
