Job DescriptionThe Personal Security Chauffeur is responsible for executing close protection driving services for clients. This position entails delivering high-quality support directly to clients and their staff while ensuring the safety of client assets. Candidates must be capable of working independently on various assignments from inception to completion. Personal Security Chauffeurs are expected to adeptly handle any situations that may arise while assisting the client. We seek professionals in protection with exceptional emotional intelligence.
Agents and Drivers may be required to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may also need to travel both domestically and internationally. Applicants should maintain good overall physical, mental, and emotional health, possess a reputation as a team player, and be prepared for extended hours with fluctuating schedules.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate conflicts tactfully and remain adaptable. Personal Security Chauffeurs must effectively engage with all levels of corporate management and liaise with various departments and personnel. Excellent oral communication and representational skills are necessary. Candidates should be capable of briefing, defending, persuading, and instructing others on security protocols and policies. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and organizational abilities, as well as the capacity to write clearly and concisely, are also required. Availability for 60-hour work weeks, Monday through Friday, is essential.
- Deliver both covert and overt executive protection and driving services to designated principals.
- Domestic and international travel may be necessary.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team.
- Report to the executive protection management team.
- Safeguard and manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Perform all aspects of protective duties.
- Adhere to and enhance established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments.
- Execute protective advance operations.
- Operate vehicles safely and legally.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation from a recognized executive protection training institution is preferred.
- Possession of a California Guard Card and CPR Certification is required.
- Experience and familiarity with corporate culture are essential.
- Extensive medical experience (e.g., EMT, First Responder, 18D, Paramedic, Navy Corpsman) is preferred.
- Experience in writing after-action reports is advantageous.
- Leadership and management experience are desirable.
- Experience working with C-Suite executives or equivalent is beneficial.
- Strong foundational knowledge in all aspects of protective operations is required.
- Advanced understanding of technology-based protective applications is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is expected.
- Must maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal grooming.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is mandatory.
