Physiatrist Leader

At MelroseWakefield Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiatrist Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Physical Therapy Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our clinical staff and assisting with the development of customer/staff relations and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of the other clinical staff within the same discipline
- Assist with the ongoing development of customer/staff relations and staff development
- Evaluate, develop, and implement specific treatment programs for a wide variety of individual patients
- Document all patient care treatments in the medical record to comply with policy and procedures
- May provide physical therapy coverage on a rotating basis for weekends and holidays
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy
- Physical Therapy (PT) License
- Annual Performance Assessments of staff therapists
- Coaching and mentoring staff in clinical and customer relations areas
- Overseeing and organizing student programs with community colleges and universities
- Organizing staff in-service schedules
