Role Summary

Denco Family, Inc. is in search of a skilled and committed Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee our housekeeping department and uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Team Leader will manage the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that all staff members adhere to established protocols. This role encompasses addressing housekeeping issues, managing supplies, linens, equipment, and coordinating with maintenance for necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the Company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
  • Develop daily work assignments to ensure all areas are maintained according to cleanliness standards.
  • Supervise the activities of housekeeping personnel involved in various cleaning operations while maintaining productivity benchmarks.
  • Train, assign tasks, and schedule staff. Evaluate the quality of work and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Address guest concerns regarding housekeeping services or escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Order uniforms and supplies as required.
  • Oversee the testing of new cleaning products for the department.
  • Notify maintenance of any repair needs.
  • Conduct daily inspections of at least 8 rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Assist guests and staff as needed, providing service with a positive attitude.
  • Document and manage lost and found items.
  • Inspect vacant rooms for condition and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure that all storage and linen areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items.
  • Promptly report and return valuable items to management after guest check-out.
  • Manage all linens, blankets, and room supplies, as well as equipment maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
