Job Summary:

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Technologist Assistant II to provide support to our radiology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technologist Assistance (70%):
    • Monitor and adjust patient schedules to ensure timely completion of exams.
    • Communicate with technologists to ensure they are aware of any changes or updates.
    • Prepare patient jackets and compile films for easy access.
    • Assist technologists with room setup and patient preparation.
    • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Restore and network previous exams for next day's patients.
  • Cleaning & Organization (20%):
    • Stock and clean work areas, including MRI rooms.
    • Ensure patient areas are stocked and organized.
    • Clean and stock patient prep room and restroom.
    • Organize supply closet and computer rooms.
    • Check with MRI technologists, Medical Records, and Front Office for additional duties.
  • Additional Responsibilities (10%):
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
