About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Precision Calibration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our mobile calibration team, you will be responsible for conducting on-site calibrations of electrical, mechanical, and electronic instruments across the Phoenix Metropolitan area.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site calibrations of various instruments, adhering to industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Perform in-lab calibrations as required, demonstrating flexibility to work across different environments.
  • Manage and execute routine maintenance and repairs on both field and lab calibration equipment.
  • Generate and maintain precise calibration records and certificates for all services performed.
  • Develop and implement calibration procedures and protocols, adapting them for field conditions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any calibration discrepancies and enhance accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers on-site, helping them understand calibration processes and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in metrology laboratory settings and/or field services roles. A strong preference is given to individuals with PMEL or TMDE qualifications. An Associate degree in Engineering, Metrology, or a related technical field is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree or professional certifications like ASQ CCT highly regarded.
